Best Western Supply was in need of solution that would allow them to streamline the production and approvals of printed products while providing their franchisees the flexibility to customize and order materials quickly and efficiently. Wayside developed a customer web-to-print portal for Best Western Supply and then standardized design templates for a myriad of potential print projects. This allowed for upfront approvals of brand standards from brand managers, and expedited production for new orders as they came in. Operators access the user-friendly portal to customize materials for their location while gaining access to volume pricing, direct shipping and billing, and fast delivery.
