Executive Group Development needed their brochure for phase two of a new condominium complex in Vancouver to look and feel as high end as the development itself. Designed to be an impactful, memorable piece, Wayside used various specialized printing techniques such as creative die cuts, spot varnish and foil printing to bring the design to life while sticking to a tight budget.
